Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you are ordering a custom poster you will also be asked to upload your photo, oir you can post it to us on CD or memeroy card to: Cypher Digital Imaging Ltd, Bridge End House, Park Road, Milnthorpe, Cumbria LA7 7AD.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. As well as entering your credit card details into our secure payment system, you may also send your credit card information via phone 015395 63433, fax 015395 63453 or post.
Shipping And Handling We despatch all orders via Royal Mail or Overnight Carrier depending on your selected option.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 working days. International orders are generally received in under 15 days. If you require your posters by a specific date or sooner than this please contact us - we may be able to offer a faster service for an extra cost.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices shown include VAT at 17.5%.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If you are unhappy with any of the gallery posters you purchase from us please return them straight away in their original packing. We will reimburse you or replace them depending on what you prefer. We cannot accept returns of posters printed to order from your photos unless there is a specific printing fault. If there is a fault with a custom poster please contact us in writing or email info@digitalclassiccar.co.uk within 5 working days - please do not return any posters until asked to do so.
